engine swap

Does anyone have an adapter to bolt an american engine to a LR 109"
6 cyl. transmission? Don't have a LR motor, but have access to almost any
any other motor. Also, has anyone tried to install a Land Cruiser
tranny/transfer case into a LR? I have access to a couple of these,
and I have noticed that that these units are set up like a LR unit,
with both diffs offset to the passenger side. If I can do this swap,
I would have no difficulty in finding a Toyota motor to bolt up.
Any input would be helpful.
Also, does anyone have any front springs to fit a 109" SW?
