I am about to purchase a Freelander and as I don't go off road a great deal, was considering bypassing the options of hill descent control and abs brakes. I currently drive a Toyota Rav4 which also a single transmission vehicle. This has proven more than adequate for my off-road requirements in the past. Is this a sensible option?
