The info from JE Robison should help you out, it's quite a straightforward job really. Lots of nuts and bolts, but nothing too tricky.
I would recommend getting the heads skimmed as a matter of course - take it from me, you will kick yourself for not doing it if you put everything back together only to find you have to do it all over again!
If you have difficulty in removing the alternmator bracket from the cylinder head, look for the flush fitting screw hidden under a layer of dirt ;)
Also, get hold of the pre-bent inlet manifold gasket if you can - saves a few cut fingers.
