Possibly the problem was with the dealer - the local dealer was sure i need a valve job on my 98 disco with 70k and wanted $400 just to replace plugs and wires. Found a local mechanic who cleaned carbon from valves and she runs great. try to find someone other than the dealer to work on your car.
