My advice is buy it. If all that work has been done chances are you wont half to. I bought a RR County 90 in 95 and it was in near mint condition. The owner had do almost nothing in terms of repair. Two years later it to has new: ABS pump $1100, Water pump $700? , gas tank, and about 6-7 thousand dollars worth of other things I dont want to type. There is little left to go wrong for a while on a car that has almost been entirly rebuilt.
