Any help is greatly appreciated, I have an 89 RR that stumbles and idles rough, in checking fuel pressure I found 32psi after filter and upon stumbling in would fluctuate upwards 1-2psi.
A check after the regulator produced no pressure at all, even with return line pinched shut.
Would this be a regulator problem, vacumn, or pump problem and could this be the cause for running rough?
