| Burning oil Posted by Piton123 on January 20, 2002 at 12:36:48: Notice my 96 Discovery is burning oil. It has about 45k. I had the oil change about two weeks ago. Drove the car for about 1000 miles and notice it was about a quart low. Any ideas why this may be happening. There are no pools of oil in my driveway either. I would expect some oil burning with higher milage. Thanks in advance
