If only coming on when coming to a stop, I'd hazard a guess at 1) oil surging in the sump altering level or 2) a chafed wire to the pressure light earthing out on something as the engine/box clonk (not that I'm suggesting _any_ Landies clonk!) back and forth coming to a stop.

I'd second the motion to get a capilliary/mechanical gauge on there and take a look at what it reads, having first traced the oil light wire to ensure continuity and insulation.
