But... are you going by the tank being empty by the fuel gage or by running out of fuel? It sounds to me that your fuel gage is not reading accurately and is showing empty when it is just over half empty. That would be why it would seem not to take more fuel... it is full.... just the gage is reading half full. So in other words... the gage sending unit is probably the culprit. That is where I would start. |
