Ther is a long thread on this subject, after I did the typical problem repair on my heater units. The most common prob is that the wires break in the pad unit, most often the bottom cushion. The discussion starts on 9-05-01, so scroll-bar ALL the way DOWN the board, then up a little to "Heated seats-repair.... dgj95lwb"
