My 93 LWB has been doing the exact same thing. My dad says it is a vaccum leak so I changed most of the vaccum hoses on the engine. This seemed to cure the problem but he said that it stalled on him again today. I havent been able to replace the lines going through the firewall but they are very cracked and definately leaking. I also cleaned the stepper motor on the back of the plenum chamber and this seemed to cure the problem tempoarily. I drove the car in a dusty climate and it soon stalled afterwards so I cleaned it again and it ran fine once again. Check these two components and hopefully you will cure the problem.
