93 Range Rover LWB

Posted by Pluemer on December 17, 2001 at 10:32:20:

Can anyone give me a clue? My 93 RR will stall and cut out sporadically, usually when I pull up to a stop sign. A couple of times it has been very hard to start (starts but dies right away) leaving me stuck in traffic. It always starts after a couple minutes and may run great for weeks/months. It has had this problem off and on for almost a year. (did not have problem for several months then it just reappeared) I have taken it to 5 different shops in the Atlanta area and nobody has found the problem. Also in the last 1000 miles I have: replaced the battery, alternator, water pump, air suspension (for coils), ECU, Ignition relay, Ignition Module. Needless to say, I am sick of putting money into this vehicle and it still gives me the same problem I had a year ago. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I want to love Range Rovers but I'm having a hard time doing so.
Happy Holidays!
