Yes, but I believe that recall was only for the installation of a fuse on the cruise circuit to prevent SRS deployment if the circuit shorted out. My problem was purely mechanical, probably caused by spraying off the engine at the carwash and subsequently removing the grease on the throttle linkage. Of course, one can never be certain?
