The code that keeps popping up is code 48. Never happened before I put in the Jacobs system. When I clear the code out of the box under the passenger seat, I could drive all day, and after sever hours go to restart and the code appears again, or it can reappear (after clearing it out) in just a few minutes. Is the Jacobs system incompatible w/the Disco. regardless of Jacobs' claims to the contrary, in which case I can send it back, or is the device having to do w/code 48(I understand it may be a fuel idle control valve) bad and need replacing? The code doesn't seem occur if the system is unhooked and switched back to the factory OEM coil. How can I be sure what's really going on? This is driving me nuts! Thanks in advance for the help.
