So a new one went in under warranty and the vibes were completely cured. I then experienced a similar vibe at the 120km/hr plus speeds, and this time it turned out to be the front drive shaft. That too got replaced under warranty, and now this puppy runs smoothly at ALL speeds. I suggest you get the dealer to check this out for you. The way they do it is to remove one of the drive shafts (marking it for refitment later to the exact same bolt holes) and then locking the Centre Differential Lock. Then take it for a drive at the speed which the vibrations occur. If nothing changes, re fit the drive shaft and remove the other one and retest. This should verify whether the drive shafts are to blame or not. Regards, Lawrance Lee |
