On a more serious note, a friend has a 1984 auto Range Rover. I believe it uses a Chrysler Torqueflyte box but he says it is very tall in the gearing after his 2 door four speeds and is rather slow off the line. I remember reading about this years ago when they were first released and many people said Rover got the gearing all wrong. Any ideas? Lower transfer ratio perhaps, different gearbox ratios?
