Accelerate hard a few times, and the clutch might come free. If not, you can use more force: pull the handbrake lever half-on while using the throttle to keep the speed up. BE CAREFUL though - using the handbrake is OK on cars but you'll have to be more careful with a Land Rover. Their handbrakes aren't meant to be used when the vehicle is moving. So be careful not to overheat the drum. Also don't stop suddenly using the handbrake, this puts strain on the propshafts/axles.
