I do know that on the 109 and 110 it is possible to fit two 30 litre tanks under the chassis and that the rear tank doesn't need to be moved. I think this involves some adjustment to the underseat boxes but I don't know a) how much adjustment needs doing and b) if you can do this on a 90. Trouble is a considerable part of the cost is in the tank so two have two smaller tanks costs much more than one bigger one. Standard size seems to be about 60 litres.

I'll post my experiences and suppliers once I have done it. Apparently it is possible to have a bulk tank fitted at your own premises which drops the cost to approx 27p per litre!
