The problem is the power supply module for the windows. It's behind the glove box and has two connectors on it. when it fails it stops delivering power to the rear windows but the front windows still work. If you power up the wire from the module to the rear windows they will work. That will prove if the module is bad or not. I think the wire is white with a pink stripe. Look at the schematic and it will tell you for sure. Good luck!
