If I was you, I would fit a second battery in parallel with the other one with a ignition operated isolation solenoid.
Run the fridge, tents lights etc from the second battery.
With engine running, both batteries are being charged. When stopped, the isolation solenoid open circuits and you then run the fridge, lights etc. off this second battery. If it goes flat - not a problem - your vehicle starts off the original battery which was isolated and the second battery now gets charged.
I have fitted a number of these set-ups to Toyotas but not to Land Rovers but it shouldn't much of a challenge except finding room for the second battery.
