Look in Land Rover Owner International (Sept Issue 10 1998) page38 has an article on LPG conversion to V8 Range Rover. One point of note is that vehicles older than 10 years (NO ECU) cannot get the same degree of control (start on petrol run when ready on LPG) as you can with an ECU. It would seem possible to convert a Series III but you the driver are the ECU !!!!
