Fuel Catalyst as cheap unleaded conversion ? Posted by Bo Lippert-Larsen on August 24, 1998 at 03:00:15: Hi all, I run an 1967 6 cyl 109. I have run across the Broquet fuel catalyst and installed one. They claim that the catalyst improves combustion to the extent of lowering the operating temperature enough to run wiht unleaded fuel. I have not run on unleaded yet, however the combustion does seem to have improved dramatically. The engine runs smoother and the spark plugs are so clean that a mechanic friend of mine was convinced that I was running on LPG gas. Sorry for the rambling, my question is related to whether anyone has any experience with these fuel catalysts ? Thanks Bo
