I happened upon a Film production company called On Top Film
Production Assistance that sells Defender 110's and other cars at the end of the year that where used for production assistance overseas. They claim that the cars will be California registered and smogged and clear title. The 110's are td5 CSW twelve seaters and look to be in great shape and the price ranges are from $15000 to $20000.
It seems too good to be true. Anyone had any dealings with them? They require 25% down prior to shipping and it is fully refundable upon inspection of the vehicle and you are not satisfied. Also you can see there cars on the Excite classifieds, do a search for 2000 defenders. Sounds too good to be true. Just doing some investigating.
