I have experienced your first problem twice in a friend's disco!
both times the vehicle simply refused to turn over, but then started first kick in the dealer parking lot after having been towed.
And we remain clueless as to all this happens. Sort of just attributed it to the mysterious disco bugs that seem to have infested the vehicle. Ever have the power steering fluid mysteriously begin to leak?
