Any decent shop that does air cons should do. Cost will depend on what is leaking. A hose would be cheap, a compressor costly.

I think that I paid around $100AUD (35 UKP) when mine died earlier this year. That included a new dryer and one of the hoses. On mine, they fitted a dryer from an LC as it was half the price.
