my 99 disco II w/ ace has 52K miles (80+K km?) on it. havent run into anyone with an ace truck w/ more miles on it than mine. steering is tight as a drum, the ace rocks on. if you want pick up and handling, get a x5, if you want reliability, get a toyo. rovers are boss TRUCKS, they make noises, break down, they reqr mntnce on their myriad little bits and pieces. bummer eh. my advice is stick w/ the sub'ru. buena suerte
