They cut an oval hole in the stock bumper but they added a stiffening bulkhead behind it. You could just cut the hole in a standard bumper and it would work but it would be pretty weak.
OK, here's the deal on the rear lamps. About eight years ago, the rubber- body lamp design was sold off to a company called "Flexible Lamps, Ltd". Their phone number is 01279 - 450555 in England. I don't know if the parts are still available but the original part numbers were AMR 2038 & 9.
