As far as your complaits go... Brake pad noise is normal when the brakes ARE NOT used (ie: heated up), this due to metallic pads. Discs SHOULD NOT have been "grooved". Brk fade is normal due to system type (RR system far better, but LR was being cheap). Dash prob occurs everywhere outside temps are high. I would suggest you either a) sell it, b) get another dealer, or c) sue them.
