All NAS 90 and 110's, all Anniversary (UK) and SUV's for France etc were all put together at Special Vehicles. At Billing 2 years ago we collected 5 NAS 90's, mine (1995) never been stateside, 1 (1994) similar, 2 imported about (1996) and a late 1996. All 5 had different configurations since LR have a big spares bin and fit (it seems) what comes to hand since this is not a "production line".
But generally speaking a NAS will have much larger and brighter side/brake and indicator fittings. I am pretty sure these are later fittings to military vehicles. The side/brake and indicators are at the base of the tub in line. In UK the side/brake is in a cut-out on the steel reinforcing at the tub top. NAS do not have the cutout in the reinforcing. The front indicators are the same as rear, front side lights in my case are normal UK spec but I have seen different ones on other NAS. All bits are available if you need part numbers email me.
Hope this helps?
Regards Dave
