One other snippet is to do the engine oil change cold. I always have done this on other vehicles with a hot engine to get all the oil out, but a friend who has changed more V8 engines than myself swears by changing oil cold to allow oil to drain down into sump. Presumably this has to do with the gallery design in the heads? |
