Besides the obvious off-road advantage the Discovery has over other "compact SUV's," the side-facing rear seats were one of the most important reasons we bought one versus MB ML320, Dodge Durango, Mitsu Montero (not Sport), and Toyato LC. They are considerably more accessible. The other makes are 4WD minivans... Please, LR, don't change this feature!!
