I am in the U.S. and have purchased an ex army 24 volt 110. I have at present, a constant charge light on, a small spark when I connect the battery leads, and I cannot find a) any cause, and b) a 24 volt manual. Can anyone help??
Also I have quite some exhaust smoke, I have adjusted the mixture as the Haynes manual describes but still have slightly blue'ish smoke, is it oil? the exhaust pipe has dry black powder, as do the plugs???
any help greatfuly excepted.
