Hey, all I know is, I get 12-14 mpg with the a/c on, a/c off, cold weather, hot weather, rain, hail, sleet, snow, summer, winter, breeze blowing or not, highway or city, etc.

It just does not vary.......My Shell station owner is getting rich!
