Went to my Bros. the other day. When it was time to leave I started my D-90 it barely ran, smelled very rich and was smoking. Ten minutes later no problem. So I drove home, later that evening I tried to start it the same thing happened. I noticed strangely enough when it was barely running that fuel was leaking out the flange on the passenger side exhaust manifold where it connects to the ypipe? I get no fault codes on the diagnostic display. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I was thinking fuel regulator, maybe.
