Rear seat bolts always rattle lose, even in RRs, just tighten them up.
Exhaust leaks is due to weight of cats, too heavy. Changing gaskets ins't the cure, but constat tightening of the nuts (3 per side) that connect down-pipe to manifold. If nuts haven't been changed (orig), fit latest type w/anti-sieze, and keep em tight. Another prob is that the RH down-pipe can break at the weld with the flange, check it... we use a tig welder to repair (w/pipes off car). Shocks leak now & again, we fit Bilstein or OME gas. Noise most likely rear link bushings (torque bolts to 100 ft lbs). MG
