My fuel pump isn't getting enough volts to operate. It has been tested. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and all the fuses related to the fuel system. Could the ECU have something to do with the pump only getting about 5 or 6 volts? I did get it started for about 5 min. and it seemed to warm up and quit. I have a 1993 RR LWB. I don't have my repair manual yet. Anyone's help is appriciated.
