IF the transfer is the problem, you'll be experiencing "AXLE WIND-UP"....
Try doing contant circles in reverse, if the front end begins to get sucked down and then the vehicle will no longer move (in the turn), you have a BIG and EXPENSIVE problem... which could be the Center Diff unit and/or the Visc Unit, both are over $1000. PLUS the labor to overhaul the lot.
