Part of the answer will rest with the reason you are buying. If you need something with all wheel drive to haul the family around, everybody sells them. If you want something that sits high, is built heavy and will outperform virtually anything on the planet in terms of traction in snow or off-road, then you will have to purchase a Land Rover. Service will depend more on the Dealer than the vehicle. Try to ask other owners about their experience with the particular LR Centre. If I have to give up my Land Rover, I will just do without 4WD.
