I noticed the same with my 98 Tdi. Aircon regularly cuts out and it appears to blow warm air. I must admit it has always been on re circulate.

I seem to recall that when the car was new the electric fans would continue running when the engine was shut down now even in 36C they shut straight off. Should they continue to run or was it just my imagination in the beginning
