Very true; however I would seriously question the wisdom og repeat business to a firm that simply exchanged after the warranty run. I could construe that as accepting the low quality, knowing it and supplying it.
I do see this as unfortunate, however every business has it's limits and i suspect that the customer could be a bit of a pain. There seems to be no other avenue explored save a vitriolic name and shame. I would expect a campaign like this to be waged after everything else has been exhausted.After all how can a firm defend itself against spurious attacks like this; we have not any documented facts ( from both sides ) to make an even judgement.
I might castigate Bill Clinton for smoking Cuban cigars when he does'nt smoke ! We need all the facts to judge that's why courts exist.
