Well I would like to start by saying I am a new Land Rover owner, I recently purchased a '98 Land Rover Discovery and I LOVE IT. Now to the real question. I attended a offroad event given by Land Rover at a facility in Lake Geneva WI., wow I was very impressed with the vehichles' off road ability. I have owned my share of Jeeps, from Wrangler to Cherokee and took them off roading alot, but the Disco really amazed me. So naturaly as I gazed upon my mear 1200 mile old baby at the end of the day, my thoughts were "Boy, there's alot of mud down there.!". Does anyone know of a good pre offroad tip to prevent the mud from sticking so well ? I have heard people say spray the bottom of the car with WD40 and the mud come off much easier even after it has dried ??
