My 1994 Disco's rear power windows were always quirky. When I bought it, (used) the guy said they would work off and on and he couldn't figure it out. Now, they ceased working at all. I have removed the bezel (facia, whatever) and checked the switches and all seems fine as far as mechanical connections go. I checked for current with a test light, but it wouldn't show anything. When I ground the test light and touch the terminals of the front windows, (which do work) they actuate, yet the test light shows nothing. When I do the same to the rear windows, nothing happens.

I checked the lockout switch for 'juice' and it shows me nothing. I am totally perplexed. Anyone out there in L.R. Land have any suggestions?
